San Francisco and Silicon Valley Tour, Berkeley Program
The whole group enjoyed a spectacular sightseeing and learning experience visiting local attractions at San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Students learned about the mixed culture living, exciting constructions, beautiful nature, and the history of the dynamic San Francisco Bay Area.
The Silicon Valley tour started with the drive to the Intel Museum: this exceptionally well-designed space features the history of, the concepts behind, and the design and manufacture of microchips, the essential core of every computer. The tour also drove by Google. Afterwards, students enjoyed a tour of the beautiful, multi-faceted campus of Stanford University, the intellectual wellspring of much of the Valley's innovation
